As a nonprofit research institute, AISMA is supported by federal funds, other grants, and private donor gifts to explore new innovative ideas, recruit the world’s best scientists and researchers, and provide hands-on education and mentoring. A leader in multiple forms of research, AISMA is developing and applying cutting-edge methods stemming from research in science, medicinal arts, and education.

The goal of Science and Technology advancement is to discover laws and postulate theories that can explain natural or social phenomena, or in other words, build scientific knowledge.

Medicinal Arts

Medicinal Arts is a diverse, multidisciplinary field dedicated to transforming health and the healthcare experience through the science based methodologies. Medicinal Arts research looks at issues confronting our communities of people. Aspects of educational research are included to teach and train better clinicians. In addition, scientific and technologic advances are used to bring the clinician better tools of diagnosis and treatment. Better tools, better clinicians, and greater understanding of illness leads to improved wellness.

Educational Research

Educational research refers to the systematic collection and analysis of data related to the field of education. Research may involve a variety of methods and various aspects of education including Urban Education, S.T.E.A.M. Education, and Teacher Training.
